Cake Maker Since 1979

Hi, a little about me…

I’m a fully qualified baker and confectioner. I’ve been working as a cake maker from 1979 , it was quite rare to see a male making cakes in those days and carried quite a few challenges then.

I worked in a world famous bakehouse in Stratford Upon Avon, before taking various jobs in the food industry ranging from working in a cannery through to making everyone’s favourite orange snack.

Finally i decided to go solo and start up my own business in 2015 forming Daves Demon Cakes.
